Dear Francis, if I have one second left with this body, I will come across the Oceans to play a game with you because you are my friend. From the Kurdistan Region, North Iraq

Thoughts being cosmic events seem to flow towards a target that buys them, since they seem persistent. So us not choosing them, they must choose us. Like they prey on attention. I have a singboard in my head wich reads : Welcome, but not interrested!

I use "Can't be bothered" with a gesture of stop with the hand on mine; it's an old native American Chief trick, when a bear crossing his path roars on this feet while he's peacefully walking the forrest.

While following the above directions and pointers regularly on one hand, in the meantime, before we reach the abiliity of personal thought dropping state, treat thoughts as persistence of crying babies. Ignoring with love , or deviating them from obstinacy with other activity , will work.

I can assure you that Personal, persistent, thoughts have nothing to do with salesmanship, unless you have a malicious Narcissist in your life. In which case, you Must have a Separate Identity in order to free one's self from the persistent thoughts. Edit: most Narcissists in our lives are not Malicious. Infact, there are many types of Narcissists. Everyone must go No Contact because Narcissists will only result in much unhappiness. Narcissists are lemons.

I get what he is saying, it makes sense to me .Mistaking something as useful then discovering it is not means next time it is offered or offers itself you will not believe so readily in its utility. The habit energy is then broken
