45:43 This is the best thing I've ever heard in my life. I'm an actor in South Korea, A huge fan of Frank Grillo. He inspired me every single freaking day. One day I will act with him in the same movie in thr Hollywood 🎬 That is my one of the life goal. Thank you so much to give me an opportunity to listen his life. This is amazing👍

When he talked about his divorce, I cried. I was also married for 23 years and she was the love of my life. And like Frank, I lost her because I made a mistake. Thank you for this interview, it reminded me that everyone is going through similar problems no matter how successful they may be in other aspects of their lives.

33:50 Thank you Frank. The greatest thing about mistakes is the growth that it provides us towards becoming better individuals. I met you on the set of Hell On The Border, and you had this aura about you. Always cheerful and carefree, even though production wasn’t perfect in any way. And I am sure you’ve must’ve been going through some stuff then , but you always kept everyone on their toes and everyone admired you for it. I am so glad you are doing well and that you are living happier and with tons of purpose. I met god last year through some terrifying wake up calls, and I was never devoted to him as much as I am now, but he still works through ways for us to see him, whether its through scripture or daily life. And I am glad that when he spoke to you, you listened.

Wow!! Mr. Grillo's belief in helping others got me teared up. He's exactly right, Anne Frank said "no one ever became poor from giving". And if you don't think this Gentleman is a great actor just watch him become one of the great bad guys in Cinema history "Chainsaw Angus" in Donnybrook. Keep being a Great example and a decent Human Being Sir!!

Frank is spot on about the age thing. People are obsessed with their own age and the age of other people. They tell themselves because they're this age or that, it means that they can no longer do certain things, that their bodies are falling apart..........its so depressing to hear people say things like that, to have that attitude. As a man thinketh so shall he be...........this is the truth. Forget your age. Dont let it enter your head, just keep after it, keep moving forward, make wise decisions about your health and what you eat, train and never stop training. I guarantee you that if you take two guys, ne who trains consistantly, who is careful about what they eat, works at a job they like, and is always learning v's a guy who doesnt really train, who eats whatever, who drinks, who is always talking about his age.............I promise at the end of the day the guy who looked after himself and forgot his age will the one who is strong and healthy while the other guy withers and dies.
