I made the perfect frank horrigan suit with an x-01 helmet and torso, t-51 arms, and t-60 legs

Honestly, I never even thought about mix and matching pieces to make the 'classic appearance' look better. I love that idea!

I did X-01 Helm & Legs, T-51 Arms and X-02 Chest + Tesla Coils. The tubing on X-02 and its more muscular chest resembled things a lot more

Amazing build and pretty accurate to Frank, i remember doing something similar to this for my America Rising 2 playthrough but with the X-02 PA instead (nothing wrong with the X-01, i just really dig 02's design a lot more)

I’m using the Enclave paint that was included with the next gen update (make sure you complete the Enclave miscellaneous quests after you kill the colonel in the Glowing Sea)

I'm not exactly sure which mods I used, but I like to leave that up to personal preference! As for the weapon itself, it was a Wounding Gatling Laser that I got off of a random legendary drop.

Just a weapon modification at the weapons workbench! I forget what the attachment is called, but just go check out the weapon at the workbench and you should be able to figure it out :)

How did you paint the x01 of the enclave?

You can unlock the Enclave PA paint by clearing the Enclave Encampments after you kill the Remnants at the office building in the Glowing Sea. Use the terminal in the office building to find the location of the encampments, and when you clear them out make sure to pick up the magazines to unlock the paint job and some settlement objects!

it's the new enclave paint jobs, I think you get them by killing an enclave soldier wearing power armor

Just complete all of the Enclave quests introduced by the next gen update and you should unlock the Enclsve paint for all power armors!

Shouldn't all of the special stats be 10? Since Frank Horrigan in Fallout 2 had all of his special stats maxed.

That’s why the end-game SPECIAL stats are all 10’s - I want the build to be accessible to players without access to/choose not to use mods/console commands/exploits, so there still needed to be a starting point for the build

I considered it, but didn't do it for 2 reasons: 1. I want people on all platforms to be able to enjoy the build if they choose to do so, and 2. it messes with the HUD when it comes to like, terminals and things and I didn't feel like dealing with that

swing and a miss. x0-2 is the best armor period. make it tesla with the devil's mod and you can just walk by things and kill them.

I'm not going to disagree with you, but the goal of this build is to emulate Frank Horrigan, and X-01 is the closest thing to the Advanced Power Armor he wore in Fallout 2.
