I completely agree. Rick was such a big part of the channel, and then having Frank leave on top of whatever happened with Rick... Like I genuinely cannot wait for another video to come out everytime I watched a new video. It's my favorite show even though it's a KZbin video. I hate that Leo gets dissed as much as he does. I know that probably in the beginning there was some animosity between Rick and Sous and Leo, like I could get that behind-the-scenes there's a little bitchiness or bickering going on... But I think it's the whole group of different people that make the videos what they are and that's very exciting for me at least... My guess: maybe Frank has 1 or 2 kids, so option #1 is that his wife wants him to go back to a higher paying job ; option #2, he's separated, he has to pay child support, the mother took him to court since he was now paying much less in child support because of the lower paying job, the court ordered him to resume the previous payments, so he has to go back to work elsewhere to make more money. Either way, my guess is that it has to do with family / kids / wife or ex-wife because he obviously looked really sad during the announcement.
