Remember when Lenny Henry used to host comedy shows like this, before he made the choice to only front black history shows and constantly talk about how racist the UK is? I'm willing to bet he would talk about how racist Are You Being Served was because it didn't have black representation. He is such a hate filled person these days and, ironically, thinks he is better than everyone else.

According to Alfie Bass’s character, Mr Goldberg, yes! He knew him as Corporal Peacock - all the other characters - especially Miss Brahms - kept calling him Corporal subsequently - until he nipped it in the bud!
