Thursday 14september a race over 10 furlongs Frankel v see the stars. over a mile and half see the stars wins. over a mile Frankel wins I'd imagine he has to much speed for see the stars but over ten furlongs it's a hard to pick the winner. I'd imagine Mick kinana sitting stalking Frankel moving up two out to put pressure on Tom quillity or kinana could have lead kept quicking up the pace taking the sting out of Frankel's speed but it would have been a great race to see 😂😂😂😂😂 two wonderful horses 🐴🐴🐴🐴 I don't think I could say with certainty if my life depended on it which horse I would have chosen two furlongs 😜😜😜😜 PEACE Dublin Ireland

When queally asks him to go , the way he instantly sorts his feet out and puts the afterburners on is absolutely phenomenal, he made canford cliffs look like a listed winner , absolutely unreal talent , great to see his offspring performing so well also , great stallion as well as a racehorse, just a brilliant animal 😊

I would rate the South African champion Sea Cottage as one of the greatest ever. We tend to forget foreign horses and Sea Cottage in winning 20 and a half ( one tie) gruelling races, several with a bullet lodged in his hind quarters, is worth a look at. Thanks for reading 👍

Frankel is without any doubt the best there’s ever been. Secretariat was an amazing horse and as a one off performance his run in the Belmont is incredible to watch but he also lost three or four races to horses Frankel would have wiped the floor with. It’s a shame Flightlines owners put greed before the chance to go for immortality and history as we will never know how good he was.

I've watched horse racing for 30 years, and Frankel is the best I've ever seen. I've watched footage of Sea Biscuit, Brigadier Gerard, Secretariat, Nijinsky and so many others. Frankel tops them all. It was such a privileged to see him stroll the Sussex Stakes in the flesh when he was 4 year old. My wife, my dad, my best mate and I went that day just to watch him run. I will never forget this horse.

The best sprinting horse I've ever seen, and arguably better than anything ever seen by anyone. Watching Frankel was and is exhilarating and joyous - a celebration of something superior and exhalted. He made fantastic horses look like donkeys and his action is more dog than horse. Wonderful

I consider myself very fortunate to witness in person 3 of Frankels wins. I have been trading 40 years and he is the best. Best by far to be honest. Horses don't produce time after time, but Frankels did. Race wins takes massive amounts out of a racehorse, especially at Group level. The horse was a machine. Trained by the greatest aswell.

I'm so grateful to have been alive while Frankel was around. I do well remember backing him on his second race and thinking to myself then, God! How good is he!!?? Peter, you say that the tracks are dissimilar but most of the tracks in Britain are natural, and some of them have not seen a plough for two hundred years. Newmarket is an example. Frankel raced left and right handed, and straight. He went from the front, from the rear and from midfield. All tracks were the same to him. He ran on all types of ground except very fast(we water in the UK because the public don`t tolerate cruelty). Frankel always won. When he ran in the Guineas, his pacemaker could not go fast enough to lead at any point. Horses are getting faster just like humans and no one would think it silly to call Usain Bolt the fastest man of all time. Frankel is the same. His victory in the Queen Anne is the greatest performance on any racecourse anywhere ever. On that day at Ascot in June 2012, he beat European super miler ; Excelebration, by eleven lengths and was within a second of the track record on good to soft ground. That the track record was even mentioned post-race, given the race conditions, is quite exceptional/ unique. Six weeks later, Excelebration beat Moonlight Cloud in France, and that mare was only a nose behind Black Caviar at Ascot.

The Cecil stable know very early on that he was exceptional. Shane his work rider said ' this is a fucking machine'. We are blessed to have witnessed the feats of Frankel. I believe there won't be another like him in our life time. I have seen him at stud and he knows he's special.
