That brought back memories. I have worked outboards all my career. I am 76 now- so that goes back a ways. Got into restorations in New Jersey and loved it. You got real lucky with that one. That distributor is the Rubik's cube of the boat world. If one of those fired up like that for me I would be doing the gold miners dance . Keep up the good work happy to have found your channel.

Hey Tony, I have a 76 150 on a 76 Baja. Rebuilt once, I broke it in and put about 50 hrs on it. Still rips. I had a 35 hp 1959 4 cyl.. A great little engine
