'Frankenstein vs The Mummy' Review

In one corner you have Frankenstein’s hideous monster. In the other, the reanimated corpse of a cursed pharaoh. That’s the big promise for the low-budget horror smackdown, but unfortunately, we don’t get to spend enough time with either creature.

a really badly made movie that will thrill bad movie lovers. On the plus side, the monster designs look like they were pulled from an old Universal flick. The special effects sequences are 'analog' style with no CGI effects; plenty of effective gore sequences with no CGI use.
