I avoid the snooze button. Every time I've used it, I've wished I'd gotten up when the alarm went off. That extra few minutes of "rest" (which is usually spent watching the clock) accomplishes nothing but make me have to rush to get ready.

I don't use a snooze button, at all. Once I am up, I am up. I rarely need an alarm to begin with. I sometimes set one to err on the side of caution, but usually never need it even then.
