I saw the original Grease on broadway. When they finally produced the motion picture I was elated to see Frankie as teen angel. I don't think any other could have done the part justice. The look, the voice, the swagger...too cool, HA!

James Frampton wrote what I was thinking Frankie must be 82 or 83 cuz he was about 20 when he made The Alamo with John Wayne Richard Widmark and Laurence Harvey. Frankie Valli is still out there at age 88 performing. I was 15 in the summer of 1078 I saw two movies that summer Grease and Animal House. Sorry 1978. I wasn’t expecting to see Frankie but what a treat he was awesome. But I didn’t fall in love with Olivia I fell in love with Dinah Manoff who played. Marty. “ Marty what ,Maraschino you know like in cherry”. She told Edd Byrnes at the dance. What’s the word I’m looking for heartbreakingly beautiful Dinah Manoff was still probably is. Sean Connery s4th outing as Bond James Bond was Thunderball. Frankie s co- star in Muscle Beach Party was Italian actress Luciana Paluzzi who went on to co-star with Sean. Oddly enough as Fiona Volpe in Thunderball she didn’t fall for Bonds errr charm. But she fell hard for Frankie’s charm in Muscle Beach Luciana played a wealthy Italian Countess who wants to take Frankie all over the world. In Thunderball she played a assassin for Spectre.

Incredible.!!! This man obviously has been taking very good care of himself for the past eighty two years ; not burning himself out on drugs and alcohol like most all the other rock and roll singers. Of course he is now bald (this happens to everyone beginning sometimes in their 30's and he mentioned that by he was reaching his fifties, he had to wear a hairpiece or toupee. He now wears a complete wig, just like Tony Bennett has done for the past 40 years. You have to appreciate and give this still amazing and talented singer credit for wearing the very best so he looks completely natural and still has enough pride to not disappoint his fans and maintain his famous illusion for all the millions of fans who still love this great iconic !🤗💌

Met Frankie n 1971 when as a manager in a large hotel/lounge complex he appeared for a week. One of the nicest people ever. This after putting up with Jerry Lewis who stayed at our hotel while appearing elsewhere was a bully and a belligerent pompous ass.
