I'd love to believe the man is singing but I can't! Nevertheless, a thousand kudos for him!

are you asking about backround singers (Jersey boys) or the band (who playes instruments)?

The audience is just sitting there stunned. I am guessing they feel as though they are about to witness a man WAY past his prime's death live on stage. That's the way it looks to ME anyway. A decaying corpse has more zest than Frankie Valli at this point. Yikes.

It's amazing he keeps doing this . A few years back it wasn't as obvious . Now it's so obvious. It's sad really

Robbie was a couple seconds late with the track at .34, but hey It's still a great show.

Big Frankie Fan, but might be time to retire. Barely moving his lips. Still a great show with the Band & Back up singers playing and singing live.

He barely moves. How can anyone actually believe that he's singing??

He doesn't lip sync. No one forces him to sing. He loves it. His voice is still good and he knows how to use it. It's effortless to him. You can see that he doesn't lip sync in a video from 7/20/24 where he came out and did not sing the first few words of "Grease." I don't know what happened, he missed his cue, but he caught where he was supposed to be in the phrase and you can hear when he came in. It's not a track. You might say "He missed his cue!" So what? The dude is 90. Give him a break. This happens to everybody sometimes. But it's undeniable proof that he doesn't lip sync.

@robertoriggio117Ай бұрын
@mikem.3308 then why does the vocal come in late? If he were lip syncing it would've come in on time.

Why do these haters keep watching these great videos?...Saw Frankie's concert in June...was so great! He is a true legend!❤

I don't think this is lip-syncing. You can clearly hear the vocal go up in volume as he raises the microphone to his mouth. And when he's walking on stage he's saying something into the microphone

They have the mic on when he speaks but, he's singing to a recorded track. He needs to stop as it's ripping people who pay to see him lipsyncing
@TxtTalkMusic2 ай бұрын
Weirdly, I think it is a vocal track, it's the exact same vocal track every time he does this song that I've seen. But they literally must have someone riding up and down the level, like at the start to make it seem like it's him singing? I know it sounds crazy but that's my opinion and I've never seen it done like that before and I'm a sound engineer. Quite bizarre.
@jeffw12672 ай бұрын
He can't possibly sound like that at 90, or when he was 80, or 70, or 60. MAYBE the recording was made when he was 50.
