As you are an illustrator, I advise you to visit Caldas da Rainha on your next trip to the west coast - It is a small town with a growing cultural and artistic movement and famous for ceramics - 10min away you also have the medieval town of Obidos, the lagoon and amazing beaches

My wife's home town, Lisbon is beautiful. We are moving back in 18 months to Portugal, cannot wait. Check out Sintra when you are next in the Lisbon area, it is my favourite place in Portugal, something quite magical about the place.

Ahh we love Sintra! Iwan loves it mostly for the boulders in the forest! It’s a stunning area!

What a fantástico 48hrs. The Portugese were the original Pirates. So it is not suprising that you are able to find such diverse food and wine. 🥂🍸 All the Best bars and Restaurants are down grotty alleys😅👏 The quality of videography was fantástic.. did you take lessons Clarissa? Please let us know, spesificaly for this trip what equipment you used. You caught the waves perfectly and the atmosfere Of the city. Frankie 🥰🧡🐕

We truly ate and drank so well, Lisbon was a very enjoyable feast! Ah Anna you made my day with your comment, my first videos were terrible but I think just repeating something you eventually start to get better ☺️ I’m just using an iPhone 7. One day I hope to upgrade to perhaps a GoPro. Glad you enjoyed the video x

Many people have died including children on that beautiful beach… be careful. A little further south there is another town called São Martinho do Porto and besides the shell shaped bay my home town, there is a wild beach called gralha. same thing be careful but enjoy the solitude and beauty.

It’s a big beach that’s for sure! We were such a long way from the shore that none of us were expecting it, Iwan hates getting wet so it goes to show how much of a ‘freak’ wave it was 😂 our respect for the sea has certainly increased! It’s a proper coastline!

Lovely video, shame about all the graffiti there, l remember seeing a lot of that when l went to Portugal especially in the towns, it is a shame they don't clean it up and crack down on the offenders if they can catch them at it lol. The tea company shop looks amazing, great to have a double dose of frankie on the road l look forward to tomorrows vid too :D
