Once, when my now husband (INTJ) and I (INFJ) were still dating, we were woken up by someone knocking on the door. It was a Saturday or Sunday morning, around 9-10 and we were both exhausted because we had come back from a party just a few hours before. What's more, the knocking was completely unexpected and a tad suspicioud because you generally needed to get through two intercom operated doors to be able to climb to my apartment and then finally knock. We stirred in the bed half-dead, listened and as I silently decided that we are just going to be uncivil and completely ignore the knocking, my now husband said "Let's be very still and quiet and then maybe they will just go away". I mean, that's precisely what I was going to do, but he said it out loud ;)

As an INFJ woman dating an ENFP man, this is one of the reasons I love him. Whenever he catches me in my staring state, he always asks what I’m thinking. @@_DeadlyNightshade_ Depends. If you make your personality development completely dependant on your partner then yes, it's hard to grow from that relationship. But usually people still have friends out there and other persons they interact with who can give their opinion on your behaviour and challenge you so you can improve as a person. I rely on his strength and “doing” when I am low energy,, and he recognizes and appreciates my relationa/emotional savvy. It’s a great blend as long as we take the time to understand each other. Not only that but your other points are so condescending and rude that the only reason anyone would classify as "other" would be because your acting like an a-hole to them. You can talk about your interests with other people and not be awful about it, but I don't think you've learned how to do that yet. You want to think of yourself as smart so badly that you immediately write off the person you're talking to as having nothing valuable to offer, which leads to close minded ignorance because you're unwilling to learn from other people. Even if your interests are different from the other person's, that just means you can both learn from each other. Like human beings do. My mom and father are ambiverts but peace loving people they usually avoid confrontation ( oh! except shopping and bargaining than my mom's Te gets activated like ENTJs ). As an INTJ girl, I really like ENTJs character in FJ's videos. Among all these type of videos of frank james, I usually end up respecting ENTJ, ISTJ ,ISTP and INTP for how straight forward and efficient they are.

As an INTJ female, I adore ENTJ's. People really need to be efficient and attentive to customer's concerns. Getting the order wrong or taking 2 hours in the kitchen is a recipe for low profits and bad publicity. They need to value our time and money.

As an INFJ dating an INFJ that was pretty funny! My 1st date with him started at like 2pm and didn't end till close to like 10/11pm. We were both awkward and stumbling about how to interact with each other initially, yet we stayed out talking to each other. Extended the initial park date to a boba tea shop across town, to then talking and procrastinating getting into our separate cars to leave even though it was cold and neither of us had jackets! And the next like 3 following dates were probably just as awkward and cringe-y but yet also so refreshing... Eventually we figured out a groove, found out we are both INFJ and it made sense why we both were waiting for the other to take lead, so we mutually agreed we'd just voice what we want to do/talk about vs waiting for someone to initiate it since we both were actually already thinking the same stuff (like wanting to hold hands or be official, or go somewhere that we thought the other might not like yet we were on the same page/pacing for everything once we said it out loud)... Needless to say I'm still with my INFJ man :)

I was not holding back in a way of actively trying to manipulate another to be able to fit into their picture. I think it is manipulative to not actively show oneself and be honest and open with what we need and who we are, but not all manipulation is intentional. A lot of the time it is just the only way someone knows how to get their needs met. Its the difference between an unknown unknown and a known unknown. This was great. Depending on what they are looking for, a lot of these could be options, even if the INFJ still stars around a bit before calling back. My personal view of these dates as an INFJ if I were in their place: ISTP- The INFJ (and thus me) literally does what they do. There will be anxiety of appearing not like a weirdo on this first date though. ESTJ- Hit or Miss. Me personally, I would give it a chance, but there is a possibility I would become annoyed at the silent judgment. Ironic and a bit hypocritical, but feelings are not rational. INTJ- A keeper. Is completely fine with staying home and intuitive enough to see bad situations. There will definitely be anxiety though to not be a bad date. ISTJ- A bail. Would not be a fan of making someone wait for me when they planned ahead of time. Gives impatient vibes. ENFP- Annoyed with the perceived judgment over my choices. Definitely a no-go. ENTP- I recognize this one (like the rest of these) are parodies and exaggerated. But not a fan of being used like that. Or calling intimidating looking. Bail. INTP- Again, an exaggeration , but plausible. In this case, bail. Paranoia has its place, but not 24/7 over a conspiracy theory. ENTJ- Actually, a potential keeper. Would talk with them about it not being a big deal or would probably suggest we go somewhere they trust to get things right. Overall, if they learn to relax, good potential. I would be excited to see their goofy or relaxed side. ISFJ- Oddly, not that big of a deal breaker. Presuming I can get a hold of the conversation to prevent him from turning me into his therapist. ISFP- Red flag. Bail. INFP- The INFJ is definitely not thinking about that stuff. Personally, I would and would be very amused with the INFP. I at best would interpret it as their own anxiety at play and they are just panicking with their constant correcting themselves, meaning they do realize it is way too early to say these things. ESFJ- Anxiety inducing. I would try to be realistic and think they chose me for a date, so they have to at least be somewhat attracted to my looks. ENFJ- Instant besties. Would make plans to hang out platonically. ESFP- Bail. Their definition of softer, quieter is a whole different one from mine and do not want other situations like it. INFJ- Platonic potential. Too anxiety inducing romantically. ESTP- Actually, there is potential. They are an open book and are actually interested in me, even if they overreacted a bit to get it out of me.

@@leenawathiq1937 Yea inherently it's not "bad." In relation to the issue featured in skit, it's more to do with how secure a couple feels with that level of vulnerability, relatability and feeling exposed 24/7. That's usually the make or break deal I see in both platonic and romantic arrangements between ENFJs and INFJs' personal experiences including my own. The other thing is how much relatability they want vs variety in their dynamics. But I think ENFJs and INFJs can be different enough with how they approach life, people and their shared common values. As an INFJ, i can relate lol. When my ex (im not sure what type but I can tell he’s an ESFP or ESTP) and I had our first call together, he asked me “Why do you like me in the first place?” and that question took me half an hour to think of the answer. I was like “uhh umm uhhh well” and I told him that I couldn’t explain them in words. So instead, I typed a long message on the chat and sent it to him lol. Another thing is that he knows that I’m always deep in my thoughts so he looked at me in the eyes and like, “What are you thinking right now?” just like what ESTP asked in the video 😂 I really love him but we fought a lot due to misunderstanding. The worst part abt being an INFJ is that you can’t express your feelings directly. When my ex and I talked it out, he told me everything about the problems that he’d been dealing and shared his feelings to me. But when he asked how I felt, I kept quiet. I really couldn’t express my feelings at all. Then, my ex told me I came unprepared when I was the one who tried to talk things out 😢 He always told me to tell about my problems and text him if I feel upset about something. The thing is I have so many things that I want to share with him. My feelings, how much I was upset and everything but none of these came out of my mouth. I kept my feelings too much only for him to realize that “this isn’t going to work”. In the end, I had to write a letter to him saying that we couldn’t be together because our communication was nothing but meaningless. He was really surprised that I made the decision first when he knew that I didn’t want to give up on our relationship (before we break up, I started to see that there’s no hope in continuing this relationship - We kinda fought a lot in three to four weeks). I told him that even if we broke up, I would still like you. On the day we broke up, he would hug me from behind and put his head on my lap as our last moments. We chatted and updated about our days and all. He wanted to hold my hand but realizing that our relationship had ended, he stopped and just nodded. When its time to go home, he stood up and headed for the door. Then, he just smiled and left without saying goodbye. A few mins after he’s gone, I cried like a baby. That really shattered me into pieces 💔 It’s been almost a month since the break up. I’m currently trying to hold the pieces together and move on like a normal person. I still love him from the bottom of my heart and I hate the fact that I always think of him 24/7. II would sometimes cry because I remember his voice saying “I love you” and I admit that I miss him a lot :’( I really miss him. I always wonder if he thinks the same. But if he’s happy, then I’m happy too. That’s the end of my story :)
