Aye man I just wanna say I started watching you vids when I was around 230 lbs tryna get in shape, started off struggling just to do one of your vids in a day, but now 6 months later I’m 170 lbs and switching between 2-3 vids 3 times a week and having my own little routine added in on areas in my body I need to work more. Heck yeah!!! That's flipping incredible brother! It takes a ton of courage to take those first steps in the road of fitness. I started doing Fraser Wilsons workouts since last year the 27th of June. I started with "6 packs guarenteed". I could barely finished it when i first started, and now, I can do this whole exercise on one go. It is the perfect exercise I've been looking for, it has awesome engagement and isn't too easy or too hard. I actually do have a 6 pack now, and it's thanks to Fraser Wilsons videos. You cant target to lose fat in certain area. This exercise is exactly for sculpting. You can do this every day for months and sfill be unable to see abs if your body fat isbt low enough

good routine and workout video. Easy to follow. I think the one thing people tend to forget about abdominals is they need to keep contracting. It's not enough to just move the lower body, you have to activate the abs like every other muscle needs to be activated on the body. Good video!

I’m starting my journey to get back to being fitter. I’m using a combination of callisthenics as well as workouts like these in the hope one day I’ll be stronger but also better sculpted and toned 💪 just need to fix the diet side too 😅 these exercises really helped me with the initial bit of losing weight which I needed.

Indeed. Implement HIIT exercises: High knees and high Knees run before and after WILL help! This is a good starting point (if repeated thrice at one time)

you actually can. First of all your body needs to be insulin sensitive during these type of workouts to burn fat. If you are insulin sensitive your body will burn the fat to get energy. Right at this moment if you are working on your abs blood flowing will be more than other body parts and you will burn more fat from your belly.
