For those who are planning to get 6 pack abs then this video will surely help but of course you have to change your diet as well. I did this abs workout every night before I sleep even if I goes to gym 6x a day. I’m also in calorie deficit and pretty much eating high volume of protein each meal. And that’s it, finally got my 6 pack after 2 months of discipline. Don’t give up, ya’ll got this!

I have been doing this for over 30 days. I have done three days straight then a day break. Overall 30 days of exercise (not including breaks). I noticed a slight change in a few days. Then nothing for about 2 weeks. But I started seeing a slight difference in my sides. Then a few days later my stomach. Then at the end, I looked again and saw an amazing, almost unbelievable difference. I’m 20, and this has made some belly fat reduce and the muscles grow. So even if you feel you are not improving, keep going. Your body will change in time. And the more you put in, the more it gives back. So yes, this does work, and whilst you do need to be skinny (the more the better), don’t worry if you have some belly fat. This has still been successful to me by far!

No breaks? Man you not lying about “abs guaranteed” great workout! Edit #1: I have been doing this workout twice a week and have lost 5 lbs, my 6 pack is slowly coming in but it is not toned yet. I will start doing this workout twice a day 5 days a week (the workout has gotten easier for my core) and I will be back to update you guys in a few weeks. Edit #2: I didn’t keep my promise of twice a day lol, I did it 3 times a week and I’m 4 more pounds down. That may be partly because I cut down on calories daily. My abs are more toned than a few weeks ago. Final Edit. I did this workout every day for 22 days straight after my last edit and umm yea my abs completely show now, I’ve gotten compliments from friends so I know It’s not just me. I also cut down about 13 lbs total from when I started but that’s partly because I was doing a lot of cardio playing soccer. Combining this workout with eating a lot of protein and doing cardio worked well.

Ok here’s your reality check guys: I started doing this workout 16 months ago (a year and a half) and I’ve only just got my 6 pack. I’ve been incredibly consistent, and my diet was alright (did this 6 times a week) And it’s not 100% defined yet. Here’s my advice. Struggle. The more you struggle the more your muscles tear and therefore muscle tissue is made. I was struggling with this workout for about 2 and a half months. As it started getting easier I started skipping the rests completely. And at the 6 months mark, I started doing this workout twice with 2 min breaks in between. At the 1 year mark, when that got easy I incorporated another 7 min an workout video intro my routine. What do you learn from this? Make it hard on you. And don’t rest between sets, grind it out. And when it gets easy, make it hard by skipping rests or adding to your routine. And even after you do all this, it’s still gonna take at least 8 months to get a complete 6 pack (if your starting out relatively skinny. Anyone is able to do this but it takes dedication and self-displine, if you want abs it don’t tell yourself you can get it in a month or 2 cause that’s not possible for the average human. This workout is one of the best on KZbin for core, but it still took me a year and half to get abs, you should start seeing your upper abs develop in the 2nd month. Anyways start this workout in a time that’s good for you and come back and do it the very next day at that exact time. Your gonna sweat, your gonna grit your teeth, but it’s gonna be worth it (especially in a pool party or the locker room) What I’m trying to say? It’s HARD to get abs, but definitely worth it, so do what I did and if you need to, follow my routine! Just don’t give up and good luck!

I’ve been doing this for about almost a week now, I plan on doing this video at least once everyday and hoping to head over to the gym every now and then. Sorry for the questions just important to me... thank you
@ethanhawkins60584 жыл бұрын
@@Adri-N Basically if you are Overweight then focus on cardio and diet and dont bother working abs because it is a waste of time. But if you are down to the point where you can begin to see them in the right lighting or if you tense really hard you should start doing exercises such as the ones shown in this video while maintaining the healthy diet. Honestly though I saw more results when I started going to the gym to build muscle, I was expecting to get bigger and have less defined abs but I got bigger and my abs got more defined. So honestly just work your whole body in the gym while eating healthy food and before long you'll have that body. Goodluck man

I have followed your workouts for years now!! You have been here for the VERY start of my journey. For example, I was 12 when I started working out and eating better and doing your routines. Now I’m 15 years old going on to 16 in October!! That is how long I’ve been here. when I had a ton of body fat and wanted to lose weight. I did your ab workouts every single day (followed by other workouts as well, obviously) but it has come to the point that you have helped me lose the fat. I can’t put into words on how different I am since then, but when I started I had “Love handles” that would stick out from the top of my shorts if I didn’t pull them up, and now being this far into my journey, love handles are gone and I have a six pack now! Getting more and more defined. And here I am, still doing your ab workout till this day. I love you man. Keep up the great work

I have done these exercises for about 3 months and I’m really happy with the result. My abs are now visible and I have a V-shape too. I did this for 2 times a week with 3 set of this routine. Also, I did about 100 sit ups everyday that I need to train my other body parts. My suggest is that if you want more fast result, you should do 15 minutes cardio at the end of the exercise. Sorry for my bad English Hope this help you guys ^^

@Unvoke Epiids just keep up with this good workout. However, you should do this workout 3 times a week so your muscle can have some rest and recover. Also, you should take care more about your eating plan and do some cardio will help burn fat much faster. Hope this will help you

Unvoke Epiids I said 3 set of this routines, I mean that I finish these exercises and rest for 2 minutes and start again and rest and then start again. I started this ab routine over a month ago and have seen incredible results not only in my physical appearance but in the endurance my abs have obtained as well. When I first started, I felt like I had been hit by a truck after the 10 minutes was over. Now, I am completing the 10 minutes, resting for a couple more minutes and doing the routine all over again. I have tweaked it a little, replacing a few exercises with ones that I feel I can get a better contraction with but overall this is an awesome workout for anyone who’s serious about strengthening their core. Also, consistency is key!

Zac H I only do it once a day with my regular workout, but you can literally just do this workout by yourself once a day every day and you’ll have abs very shortly, as long as your eating right as well. Definitely just do it once a day, when it starts getting easy after a few weeks then do it twice a day or do it twice back to back to make it more challenging. I’m not a pro but that’s what I’d do.

I also came back to school and out of quarantine today with a few of my friends noticing that I had some more defined muscle. And the bullying is starting to be less prominent in school. Today I did the workout easier with only partial pain. Thank you for all of the support guys. See you tomorrow! Day 6: For my sixth day I had to do my workout in my room which was hotter than my basement so I got an extra intense work out. In school my friends got into a fight and I ended up getting punched in the face when trying to stop it so I’m a little sore in my eye. But that didn’t matter because I did the workout which is getting a little easier and I added some recommendations to it. I also am starting to eat way healthier with more steak, chicken, and vegetables. See you tomorrow! Day 7: New Weight: 73 Lbs Thanks for all of the support through the week guys! I weighed myself for over the week and gained three pounds! I did the work out plus some things with weights today as well. I’m so excited to continue this journey with you guys and see where it takes me! See you Tomorrow! Day 8: I’m back from the weekend and did the workout twice because I was bullied again today. Usually the bullying makes me work harder....some day, I swear ill finally be able to walk through a hall confidently, some day. Day 9: Well, I failed. Despite all of the love and support I failed. On December 1st I was in a minor car accident. My family was ok but on impact my shoulder slammed into the window and dislocated. I should be up and running to continue again very soon. I wish the best to my supporters. And I’m sorry I let you down. Day 10 January 2nd: Current Weight 70 pounds. Hey, I’m finally recovered from the car crash and ready to do this again. I just wanted to say that it’s been amazing how many people have supported me through this. Today I decided to just start by simply doing the workout and nothing else before I get serious again. The workout was hard on my shoulder but I completed it with faith. School starts in two days so I’m going to come back stronger and more confident. I’ll see everyone tomorrow Day 11 January 3rd: For my second day back I wanted to start pushing myself so I did the workout twice with one before a dinner of shredded chicken and broccoli and then did it again after. I’m ready to get back my progress back and prove the bullies wrong, see you tomorrow. Day 12, February 15th: Hi, it’s been a while. I know I said I would keep updating in this thing back in January but I was given an opportunity that changed everything. My Middle school Football team was looking for recruits and I knew that if there was anything that would make me tough enough to stand up to the others, it was Football. I signed up and was going to be weight lifting everyday with my team. And when I was there, I was picked on, called out for how skinny I am, and questioned on why I was even there. But I fought through, and with hard work my body has become better through the days and I have gotten more respect from the bullies and have been able to make more friends. But with all of those training hours I had to participate in. I couldn’t keep using this video. So that’s where I have been. I don’t know if I’ll ever come back to this, but I’m gonna try to make a KZbin video about this story so if your interested it will be out in a month or two. This video has helped me pull through so many times and it has driven me to do better. So with that, I’m going to do two more things here. First I want to do this workout one last time. And for the last thing I want to do, I want to say thank you to Fraser, for everything he’s done.

okay starting today and i will be updating PROMISE! Day 1: So i really felt it since its my first time doing one of his i guess my abs weren’t use to it but i do do ab workouts already and i have already begun to get the ab defination i’m hoping this helps (i didn’t have the bar so i did the substitutes) Day 2: so it was kinda hard with the spider man side kicks because my arms were hurting from yesterday but other than that i got through the workout broke a little sweat and i know its only day two but as i said before i would do ab workouts so now this is starting to show a little more but i could DEFINITELY feel it today especially when i laughed Day3: Right so it got a little easier but not much results just a little pain here and there but we’ll see how tomorrow is! Day 4: so again not much visible results but OH MY GOSH i can feel the results aaaaand today was easier than when i first started not like “oh my gosh i can do this easy peasy” more like “oh wow i don’t feel like i’m actually dying!” so yeah will update tomorrow!! Day 5: okay so this became a little harder to do today because i got my period so i had some cramps here and there but overall same as yesterday it became easier minus the cramps i almost made it through without my own little stops here and there my goal is that tomorrow i will push through the cramps and have no stops wish me luck!😬 Day:6 I was SOO close to getting through this without stopping 🗣 i’m disappointed that i couldn’t but i can see some definition forming Day 7: im really proud of myself although i did stop it was only once during the spider man pushups which is actually not a surprise to me but i think i did pretty good 😁 Day 8: Same thing as yesterday not AS much difference not that i expected any these types of things takes time but i thought i should note that i lost 2 1/2 pounds since the beginning!! Day 8: ARGHH im starting to get upset that I can’t make it through the whole thing without stopping😤 i don’t want to keep blaming cramps but i will for sure by day 10 i will NOT stop i give my word!🤞 Day 9: sorry guys i did the workout but i stopped many times because i didn’t have the energy.. at about 10 last night i found my auntie had passed away it took a big toll on me but i will continue 😔🙂 Day 10: NO STOPS 🥳 i pushed and i pushed i wouldn’t let myself stop and i did it guys! i did it! and i just realized the past couple days i haven’t said anything about results so lol sorry but i can definitely seen definition! way more than before but i still have a long way to go before i reach my end goal Day 11: COMPLETED aaaaaand my brother (who always used to tell me “oh what abs i don’t see any) said “oh wow yeah i can actually see them comin good job” UPDATE: sorry guys I know I haven’t been updating but to answer one of your replies no I did not get a 6 pack in 11 days it definitely took longer and even now I don’t have but I did stop for a week or so and I still saw the results so it does have lasting results but it will take more than 11 days to get the 6 pack

Day 5,6,7,8: Noticed my abs getting more defined and workouts are alot easier and i can do side plank easy now. Day 9-15: Abs stayed the same but workout is easy and feels like nothing. Day 16-27: Full six pack came through and workouts are just a daily norm. Day 28+ : Abs looking super good, thankyou Fraser, and also this does work on about 4 weeks the workout will be easy and abs will be amazing!

Day 1:- Couldn’t do it perfectly but okay Day 2:- started writing comments because I was able to complete the whole 10 minutes workout and started feeling pain also. Day 3:- burned like hell but feeling motivated. Didn’t take any break in between. Day 4:- sweat a lot and found it difficult to do it today but I’m proud of my consistency. Day 5:- felt like it’s too difficult but gotta be consistent. Changes? Very minute changes but feeling good. Going to be persistent, stay tuned. Day 6:- yay made it to the 6th day. I have a night shift so gotta get it done now. Day 7:- i was feeling very stressed today and felt like Why am I doing this? Then I saw myself 7 days back and he had so much power in his eyes and willingness to change. There it is, it’s me, I motivated myself!! And yes I did the exercise today also and Idk feeling like I can do this now. I know changes are very subtle but gotta keeping going and embrace these small changes for bigger cause. Day 8:- Done! I can sense the changes but not a major difference but ig you can’t expect to get perfect abs in a week. Day 9:- yay done! So it seems to be very easy now but again there’s some of the exercises i feel difficulty doing them but trying my best. Results :- reduced belly but not visible abs. However, i can sense that my belly is reducing from the bottom. Day10 :- Yes I did it today also!! Day11:- started doing more exercises along with this one. Day12:- thought I’d skip today but didn’t. Day 14:- i know it’s difficult to keep going but don’t wanna waste my last few days hardwork. Also, if you’re reading this, DONT GIVE UP, It’ll be worth it one day. You won’t see the results immediately but eventually yes. Day20:- I can see the changes now, there’s slight changes on the top and bottom part of my stomach but middle part seems to be less affected by the exercises so far. I’m already slim so I’m not that worried, it will go away soon I hope! Day21:- *Skipped* Day 22:- yes did the exercises. Yay Day 23:- Done! Day 24:- Done! There’s his other 10mins workout vids also, if you wanna check those out Since not many people are following, I’m discontinuing writing comments but will update after a while! P.S. :- I don’t have any equipments at home, so i do some other exercise in place of AB WHEEL ROLLOUTS

I used to be really fat. I had 390lbs in September last year, and when I saw that number it was way more than I thought it is. I was really mad at myself. It really hit me hard, and I realised I got to do something. Not just sit and wait for problem to resolve itself. It was a life changing decision, because I have probably been on the verge of developing some serious health condition... So at first I got my diet plan created on a website called Dietarizee, which was super helpful to me. In the first two months of following my eating plan I lost 45lbs. And by february of this year another 40, for the total of 80lbs in five months... After that I started slowly exercising. First just by walking, and eventually I joined a gym and now I go five days a week, still walking on the weekends. I realised that I am stronger than I ever thought I have been. Never had any confidence, and now I can run, do burpees, do push-ups... I take these small victories!!!

I'm 16 years old, with previous exercise but only with 1 month periods and then huge breaks, for the past 4 years. I do not have visible abs but they are there and my body fat percentage is 23%. I will be doing 20 minutes cardio skipping just to help fasten the process and drink plenty of water daily. (I also have an absolute trash diet that I will try to fix and change) (27/01/2021) Day 1: Was really hard, sweating heavily and throughout the exercise, exercises like the side plank raise i was unable to do but still attempted,I was getting neck/back pains due to me sitting in my pc all day and doing no exercise. Obviously, no results yet. 😁 All though no excuses, gonna pull through! (28/01/2021) Day 2: My abs felt wrecked already before the exercise, but I pulled through and did the exercise. I struggled really hard and literally made noises from the struggle. But I didn't give up and kept going. Its starting to feel really nice to finish the exercise 😁 Of course, no results yet but I feel like I have a six pack already 😅 (29/01/2021) So today I only did cardio but rested for the exercise. Rest of the days are full pump. (30/01/2021) Okay, so today I had bad foods, so its expected that my exercise will be harder. and it WAS..ALOT. This day was harder compared to others but still went through with it. Feel great. Make sure to eat the right foods and get sleep 💤 I only got 6 hours today so I must fix that too 😅 ( If you struggle at the exercise, do it at your own pace and then catch up to the guys pace when you can) (31/01/2021) Today's exercise felt harder than the first or the second day. Still did the whole thing. Starting to slowly get the hang of it. 💪 (01/02/2021) Was really busy this day, and got mentally tired so I didn't do the exercise nor had enough energy. I'll try to fit the exercise in earlier in the day if I know ill be busy. (02/02/2021) It was hard, but I feel likes it getting easier to do. I will continue doing it until it becomes easy and then I will begin to do the exercise twice or add difficulty to each one 😎 (03/02/2021) Okay, so today I felt it. I tried to do each reps of the exercise slower and with correct breathing and it was DIFFICULT. Make sure you breath in and breath out when doing the exercises! Abs are starting to feel a tiny bit stronger, exercises like the static plank are starting to feel like rests 🤣 (04/02/2021) I didn't do the exercise this day, however I did a pushup exercise this morning. (Movie night 😅) (05/02/2021) Played basketball all day, so was ruined and couldn't even lift myself. Starting again tomorrow.

Joooo man, your doing great my friend. I am 18 and ive been doing exercises for years now at home like these and they really help. There was like a time when I didn't eat sweet and coockies for 2 weeks and damnnnn i hadreal abs. If you do eat sugary products, you'll only see abs on the top of your belly. Of course this is only with me, so you keeeeep this up leeeetsss go my friend!!!

Are we the same person? I’m 16 too and my workout schedule was similar to yours (and diet lol). At the start of 2021 I made a resolution to work out every day and then about half way through January I found this video. I wish you the best of luck man, and I guess I’ll come back when I have some good results too

@@fabiochristiaan1128 Yeah, diet matters alot in these situations. As they say, you lose more fat by eating (healthy) than doing exercise 😄 Keep it up yourself too man.

I'm 7 days into doing this workout. Noticing that my skin is getting tighter and the workout is getting easier! More next week. But hold me to it okay? Week 2: noticing small changes. My ribcage kind of pops out for me making me look like I have fat rolls but I dont. The ribcage is slightly less visible and workout is getting very easy. I'm trying my hardest to contract my abs when I do this workout for extra pain. I would be farther ahead if I stopped eating as much carbs and sugar. More next week! So I do a few substitutions instead of the roller after the plank I just do extended plank and the rows I do russian twists Week 3:minor details changed but that is expected it's all part of the grind💪 Week 4: continuing to see small changes and workout is easier.💪

@@bradknightzy just make it to one week. I found that having a goal that's non ending/very long is alot harder. Once you get to 1 week see minor changes then become more motivated. (But to see changes you must stop drinking soda and eating carbs)

Ima do this throughout summer and occasionally log how I’ve been doing as a way to motivate myself and also track how far I’ve gotten Start: May 5th, 2023 Day 1: Had to take 30 second breaks between every single exercise. Felt a lot of lower back pain while doing it, but hopefully it will go away soon. Was able to get thru 3 mins of it before my back and legs hurt too much (I hit legs today at the gym).

Going to do this 3x a week and give y’all feedback so I have motivation to come back Day1: Good workout, I’m not very tired but my abs feel dead Day 2: (May 18) This workout is good. It makes every part of my abs tired, which is a good thing. Obviously haven’t seen results, but I’ll keep you guys updated! Day 3(May 22): Again, haven’t seen results, but I can feel them. Every time I do this exercise, my abs are sore. I know if I keep going, I will end up with a six pack. Also my appetite is lower, so I eat a lot less than before and I’m starting to eat healthier!
