Frazer, I love the value you provide in your content. Just a suggestion though- please have your KZbin assistant PLEASE match the decibels/volume of your intro music to the rest of your music. When your intro plays, it is WAY louder than your voice (your intro here starts around :10 seconds- I have me fingers in my ears!!); the other points of your video. I wonder if you might have a lot of people clicking off when the intro starts because its so loud. I've been tempted, but I just reduce the volume. Then, when you start talking, I have to turn the volume way back up again. I hope this can be implemented for all your future videos. Thanks (my bleeding ears thank you, especially). 🙂 I noticed in more recent videos though that you cut the LOUD intro. Kudos! 🙏🏼

The Colors of Success by Lane Winsett was something I have used for many years the yellow and blue are reversed here but some idea. red go getters, yellow social, blue artsy, and green numbers. Most people are a combination of a couple of colors and when you can get someone working with someone else who completes a balance of the colors in tight knit teams you can have areal fireball team explosion.
