For the oyster shell ornaments, lay them out of the box. If they have mod podge on them it will harden again. After dry, check for loose embellishments and reglue. It is good that you have a more positive outlook. When we did craft shows, we switched to plastic bins after a couple of rainy days and cardboard box failures. Also, post the videos you have yet to edit. I watch to see you create.
@ACoastalMagnoliaАй бұрын
Yep, plastic bins from now on. I will be editing those videos, because those glasses were gorgeous!

1.I am so glad you and hubby were safe. 2.I am thankful you didn't loose all your beautiful creations. 3.What a hard way to get the tent you wanted. 4.The wood based items would dry better if flat on cake/cookie type racks for more even drying and airflow. 5. Again, I am THANKFUL you are safe. I hope you show those videos anyway. Doing so will give you sometime to breathe and plan while things dry. Sending much love!❤

Freak storms happen!! My son and I share a booth at most shows. One year during the Peter Anderson Festival in Ocean Springs, MS, we got caught in a freak storm first thing in the morning. I always set up my gridwall to help anchor my corners. We quickly dropped sides and zipped up. During the storm, the zipper opened and a lady climbed in with us. She bought something from each of us while we waited. So much of our art got wet and ruined, but the glass booth next door was destroyed. Festivals are a challenge for sure.

it could have been a lot worse for me for sure. so many ruined tents and art.

Gotta love your attitude girl… the saying ‘shit happens’ is a common one around here… but it’s very true! You just got to pick yourself up, dust yourself off, put on your big girl panties… and move forward!! I (try) to always remember that there are others, who are worse off than myself… and, clearly, you think the same way!! Would still love to see the video on the stemless wine glasses, if you have time to edit that is?!? And, definitely looking forward to seeing what you do with the broken glasses! All the very best moving forward Edwige… love from Nat. (Brisbane, Australia) ♥️♥️🇦🇺

I’m so sorry. I do vendor markets along the Carolina Coast we just had a tropical storm come through our market because of Helene. Ratchet straps on all 4 corners with screw in dog tie downs is the key. Plus the heavy duty cement weights. I also have business insurance.

just subscribed to your channel! What happened to my tent this weekend was a huge onshore gust of wind that flattened my tent sideways. We are used to the winds here - it’s windy all the time- but this was freaky fast.
