Will gives a lecture about the copycat: "he's a psychopath, a ruthless killer, the body was staged" Hannibal: [blushes] oh stop! 😍 Hannibal was very pleased with that lecture in any case. 😁

Hannibal reminds me of a cat in that he keeps bringing Will "gifts" in the form of new murdered beings 😅 Will is like, "um... No? Why would you do this?" And Hannibal is like, "but I thought you might like it!"

I relate to Abigail's "surprising" practicality. When my dad passed unexpectedly (car accident) I couldn't let myself think of anything but the details of what needed to be done. For months after I obsessed about getting everything sorted perfectly, didn't cry, didn't grieve, didn't think, because the second I let myself stop it was real and he was gone. I know it came across as cold to my siblings, but like you said everyone grieves differently. I did eventually break down, but it was almost 6 months after and it was totally in private.

abigail and claudia really remind me of eachother. both were forced into a cruel reality they did not want. very upsetting stuff but the two make for great storytelling. love the reactions keep it up :)

I saw some beautiful fan art on tumblr with the two of them side by side. Definitely some parallels to be drawn there.

Oh Frank, you're probably going to feel A LOT of conflicting emotions on this wild ride, and it still surprises me how fascinated I am by Hannibal's undeniable charm, perverse delight in currently living his best life within the FBI's inner circle, the troubling connection to an already-compromised Will, and his penchant for wearing an endless supply of sharp suits!! 🤩 I'm with you on wishing Jack would take an ounce of pity on Will's mental turmoil, and that Alana is a welcome advocate for Abigail's best interests! Loved the shock on your face when Hannibal's stealth takes Dr Bloom by surprise, and how repulsed you are by Freddie's antics! Love your reactions and theories, man! Also, sorry I missed your live the other day - enjoyed watching it back though! 👏

My man! 🙏🏾 All these characters are so interesting. Hannibal is having way too much fun playing both sides right now. So fun to watch. And yes, the sharp suits chef. I even had to watch my reaction to that scene a couple of times while editing😂 it was so engaging because this is the first time we’ve actually seen Hannibal do something crazy on screen. Glad you’re enjoying it my friend. I’m having a blast.

Everyone is so manipulative towards Abigail, and then poor Alana Bloom just wants to help her heal. She doesn’t realize how many powers are at play are against her. Hannibal is sooo good at finding opportunities to further his own agenda. He didn’t necessarily plan everything but I think he keeps his eyes on all the possibilities so he can use them to his advantage.

I'm a new subscriber, loving the reactions! I love Hannibal (it actually has 3 seasons btw), I think since you liked IWTV you're going to love this show (the showrunner, Bryan Fuller, was actually inspired by the Vampire Chronicles books). Love your vibes, looking forward to more videos ✨

15:38 These reasons you listed are all of the reasons that made me dethrone Anthony Hopkins as Hannibal Lecter and give the crown to Mads Mikkelsen ❤ I was skeptical the first time I've heard they made a tv show "remake" of the Hannibal movies, but goddamn it, isn't Mads Mikkelsen the greatest? ❤ And the whole crew is superb! This show is art. I knew you'd love every single detail.

The show did get cancelled, after the 3 season, though, but its ending doesn’t look like it’s been “cancelled”, actually, and is one of my favourite endings in serials and films in general Hannibal is my hyper fixation and I’m sooooooo happy to see someone enjoy it that much and comment on it so well :> P. S. Hope you’ll like Abogail further too, not all fandom likes her, honestly, but I love this girl so much

I’ll never forgive this shows cancelation 😭 it had peaked in its final season viewership wise so I have no idea why they decided to cancel it. Such a great show

They were not allowed to use the Clarice character in this show, so they had to stop there.

@@MichelleRiggir I already consider Will Graham a substitution for Clarice. They didn't need her anyway, so they could've kept going.

In short, yes. I only have a few issues with the series, which I can't get into without dropping some huge spoilers, but basically it gets a little over the top at times. Still a thoroughly enjoyable watch, though. That is if you're not grossed out by some very... artistic murders.

Personally I loved it beginning to end. Some people have trouble with season 3 because it’s artsy asf but I think it fits with the overall shift in tone the story takes. Not gonna say much more than that haha
