I would not put anything from Temu anywhere near my skin or my food. Various agencies around the world have found huge amounts of banned chemicals in items from temu. A little girl was burned from a nail polish or nail polish remover, I forget which.

Back then they were. However, bankruptcy shut 'em down and then someone brought only their name back hoping people would think of original and spend some money. I wouldn't buy anything from brookstone or sharper image these days as they are not the same as then.

How anyone would actually think it could work is beyond me. Aside from the fact natural light already HAS those apparent "right frequencies of light" and consuming a drink outside in the daylight doesn't have a different taste compared to drinking the same beverage at night, that's not how light works! Light particles alone literally cannot change molecules to such a degree that one could taste any difference whatsoever. Hell even nuking the drink with higher levels of radiation such as x-rays is unlikely to change the flavour in any noticeable way!

Man, people really are gullible if they think a coaster can change the taste of a drink. They claim is a shade of blue with specificity wavelength that can change the taste of drinks? Yeah, that is not how physics works. Glad channels like this exists to hopefully prevent people from buying stupid crap, even if they somehow do get tricked by the dishonest marketing.

Not only is it just a bad idea...its dangerous...research has shown that cooking food in or putting hot food in any type of plastic (yes even microwave safe) releases billions of microplastics into our food which then becomes stuck in our bodies

Unless you dunk the coaster into the water or particles of the product end in it, the amount of radiation would be negligible in practice. People used to make dinnerware out of uranium glass in the past and those are safe to use as long as they don't break.

To leave them minimum wiggle room ... you should have had an opaque barrier between the two. No, there's zero physical reason it would ever work, but to keep them from claiming "but you set it right beside the HoloBlue (I don't recall the actual name, but this seems to have about the right amount of woo vibes) coaster, OF COURSE you couldn't tell a difference, THAT'S HOW GOOD IT WORKS, even setting a glass BESIDE it is sufficient."

Honestly, you had a good year for reviews when the Cuisinart ice cream maker is on the “Worst of..” list. I’d have thought it might be at #10 instead of in the middle. Can to test products for home safety? I’m really interested in the Prepared Hero fire blanket, but want to see some I trust review it. Not going to use it to replace a smoke alarm but think it would be helpful to have. With Temu, you get what you pay for. And possibly an extra load of heavy metals. There was a huge investigation into Temu products by the EU somewhat recently. Also, Nissin are the original creators of instant ramen. :)

17:25 What's really sad about this one is, there _are_ plenty of opportunities to explore new flavors for ramen noodles. Prawn cocktail (a popular flavor for potato crisps in the UK), tomato (a flavor that Maruchan, one of Cup Noodles' more established rivals, used to make), pizza, cheeseburger, BBQ beef, BBQ chicken, orange chicken, fried chicken, sweet & sour pork, pepper steak--but Cup Noodles went with S'mores?!? Don't get me wrong, I love s'mores, and s'mores is one of my favorite Pop-Tarts flavors, but that goes about as well with ramen noodles as cheese goes with honey buns.

We used to make large-batch (6 gallons) ice cream using a commercial standalone mixer. As each batch was poured into a sterile plastic bucket we put it a big freezer for a day. (That step was necessary.) The next day we would take the buckets from the freezer and move them out to the front counter.
