What surprised me the most was that nobody in the sound tech said to turn the volume of her mic and the supporting vocals/music down. I genuinely believe she deserves another chance, we know from her audition what she sounds like so we can only imagine what she could’ve sounded like if the volumes were correct

I find it funny as well when I look at the comments saying the background was too much, it really isn’t to be honest. I don’t have as much experience but for one school performance, our mics weren’t on for the entire show, nobody bothered turning them on and it does strain the voice, hence why she sounded worse in this performance

I could barely hear her over the chorus and instrumentals. She was nervous to begin with. Imagine starting to sing and realizing the sound techs were making your performance nearly impossible. Heidi Klum's remarks prove that she could perform a magical Vegas show for all ages. I imagine playing the ocarina isn't easy either. She has talent. She was robbed on stage.

She didn't get lost in the production Simon, the production lost her. I'd get a new soundboard operator cause that one sucks. Her voice is incredibly magical. I find myself entering her world and getting lost within it. I'll be 57 years old on Saturday the 20th and she makes me imagine like a little kid again. I've never heard a more magical voice in all the years I've watched AGT nor for that matter all of the other talent shows and performers that I've seen from every country imaginable around our planet. She transcends everyday life and brings you into a world of wonder, joy, and excitement. She has the ability to bring joy and hope to the entire world. I am entranced with her look and her song. She truly is Freckled Zelda the real and true Music Fairy!!!

I hate how Simon blamed her for the sound tech's mistake. She doesn't have access to the soundtech's equiptment thus she couldn't lower the volume of the supporting vocals & music. It is not her fault in the slightest. Also, her voice is shaky and/or pitchy because she had to compete with the music around her (by pushing her voice to be louder). This is just not fair to her and I hope she gets into the next round

No he wasn’t blaming her he was blaming the over production, maybe he should have made it clearer but after 20yrs or so of seeing what the shows production teams can do to an act he was having a dig at them, he was actually defending her by stating she has a great voice. It’s a shame the production drowned her out but I hope she ends up as a guest fairy in a lot of future mythical films, hint hint Disney 😁 or scrub that I could see her with her own show, a talk show hosted by a fairy would be cool xxx

The production / tech is just fine.. they are professional at what they are doing. Simon is very accurate. She gave more importance to everything else but her voice .. I understand completely it’s a lot of nervousness in front of a huge public and a competition in the middle.. her voice was shaking and didn’t really sound well…She is very unique and can definitely run a show anywhere where there is a fantasy theme but win the show .? I doubt it.. as there are many extremely talented singers ..it’s just my opinion. :)
