Losing my mom this past July being her caretaker with chronic illnesses, and trying to help while passing out from P.O.T.S. or blacking out was scary,, so doing the woman things, my dad and brother couldn't and emotional needs she had as my best friend and my experience as a CNA years ago and medical knowledge, I was constantly researching, plus mortuary sciences I learned a lot of medical, and tried as hard as I could, at home from Advanced Parkinsons this really hit me deep at a visceral level. Been depressed and anxiety ridden. She was my best friend. I miss her. ❤❤❤

From pictures you can piece together some idea of what she would have been like maybe. Try turning to music or find something that you love doing. It will help you through some of that emptiness or loss. Make a list of what you would say or journal perhaps. Find a special place to retreat to you find safe, and keep a box of things that make you happy. Take them out when you are blue. Hope this helps. Sending you big hugs. 🤗
