Fred, Larry Lujack and John "records" Landecker, the cream-of-the-crop at WLS and the kings of AM radio in the midwest back in the 60s and 70s!

I remember listening to Fred Winston on 1360 KRUX in Phoenix, AZ before he hit the big time in the windy city. He was a very witty and professional jock. Thanks for posting this blast from the past.

John Stevens, I live 1 mile from the building in Glendale that used to house the studios of KRUX. The transmitter is still there, now 50,000 watts by day. A couple of times, I've pulled in to just feel the KRUX vibe, which is also still there.

WLS - Winston, Landecker & Sirott. Best lineup ever in my opinion.

Crowhaven Farm was a great made-for-TV horror flick. Problem was those movies on the 3:30 movie on Channel 7 were cut to shreds for commercials.
