Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers (Newly Opened) - Sevierville, Tennessee

The Freddy's in Sevierville has just opened recently, and we wanted to try it. We had heard it was really good, so go with us and find out what we thought of it.

Tommy was walking through during y'all's intro and saw those Reece's Concretes and got excited, so I guess a trip to Freddy's will be happening soon! We have both Steak'nShake and Freddy's. Freddy's is closer. We like both. I really like Freddy's Fry Sauce. Derek and I have the condiment thing in common. I really don't like it when they slop a lot of junk on a burger, especially ketchup. So gross.... Just give me good cheese and extra pickles. Great video!

We are huge fans of Steak and Shake, but this was our first Freddy's. I would be happy if we could get EITHER one, close to us.

Yes! The garlic burger from steak n shake is sooo good!! I love it! Ive never been to Freddys but may try it next month when im up there

They are very similar, minus the garlic burger.

I haven't had a burger at Freddy's , I have had a burger at Steak and Shake and they are tasty. I don't really care for the frozen custard, I have had it from other places, I prefer ice cream.

Yeah, we weren't overly impressed with the frozen desserts. Their burger was VERY similar to Steak and Shake, however. If you got the same type of burger at both places and compared them, I think they are virtually indistinguishable.

We have a Freddy's her east of Atlanta. Been there 3 times to give them the benefit of any of my and my husband's doubt .From previous visits. Not a fan. And I think they might be higher priced than steak and shake maybe?

Steak and Shake does have some really cheap value meals, but if you don't get one of those, they can be a little pricey. We thought they were very comparable, overall. Didn't really notice a huge price difference, but Freddy's may be a little more.

Steak n shake is better to me

I would prefer Steak and Shake too, but mainly because of the garlic burger. If Freddy's did that too, or even added a mushroom burger like the one Steak and Shake no longer offers, that might close the gap. But until they do, it is Steak and Shake.
