I listened to this last night and it was the most relaxing and peaceful message. I think I dozed off at points. I’ve saved it to my playlist to rewatch because it just felt so good. Today at work I noticed that “the chaos of mind” was so much more subdued. It appeared that there was more awareness of what is than the normally ever present narrative of what is and how it should be and why it isn’t as it should be. And not just relating to work but less overall judgment about myself and my life. It was definitely a sense of being aware of the moment and an underlying appreciation for things like the blue sky and palm trees I can see from my office desk, the awe of how complex a body system is, how it’s neat to be alive, how crazy it is that I can click click click my mouse and things are happening. Like the soundtrack to my movie changed from music that foreshadows some disaster or imminent disappointment resulting in feeling disgruntled to a soothing and grounding piece which felt natural and light.

Thank you for guiding me back to where I have always been. Since the initial awakening a month or so ago there has been constriction as John, oscillation but only as more or less awareness of what I am. There has been no forgetting as it just simply is.

Very nice. Much like your Number 1 pick of your bakers dozen list which I listened to a few days ago. During that video I actually grasped the idea that all this is happening inside of me, saw it, and it has not left. This is ironic because a few years ago I got a tattoo on my forearm of a piece of the heart sutra "Beyond the mind where nothing is born and nothing does, void is form and form is void, is freedom". Yes I have wanted to. Money is tight until after Christmas. I told John who I have been communicating with I would send a post dated check Tuesday for the January 4th online event. He said that would be ok. In Febuary I might try a clarity session as well.
