Nice - on the fly fix of the rubber mount.. I think you missed the point on trying to tighten both the aluminum compressor line to the brass inlet on the tank. Same with the 1/4 inch pressure switch cut out. While running, a tiny leak like that means nothing. What is supposed to happen is the brass valve running into the tank is actually a check valve. The purpose for the check valve is to keep high pressure from backfeeding into the compressor. It would make almost impossible to start the pump. $15 check valve replament and you'd of been done. Same for hearing the hiss on the pressure switch. When tank reaches desired pressure, it shuts off at the check valve. It's like a one-way valve. Air can go in the tank, but not out. If the check valve is dirty, clogged or whatever, then, yes.. it will hiss and leak air from the storage tank

How do you adjust the tension on the belt for that model? My belt broke, I replaced it but not sure how to tension it. The new belt has already been ruined from slipping.

Adjust the pulley on the top of the motor loosen the 10 mm bolt rotate the shaft to tighten the belt then retighten the bolt.
