Ashley, I am a mother of six and you have been my go to workout girl for years. I was so glad I found you when I needed prenatal /postnatal workouts! I can even get my husband to join in because the workout is real. I am so grateful to see how God is working in your heart and that you are proudly proclaiming truth in your vocations:) Thank you!

Clemente (is this your name? Tell me if I'm mistaken!), I'm hearing from a lot of women that their amazing husbands sometimes join in to support their wives! I'm starting to really consider a husband and wife program with Luke. Kind of like a "date night" style series where couples can do a workout together on a Thursday evening or Saturday morning. What are your thoughts?

I discovered you when I was pregnant with my 3rd and I really loved your pregnancy plan. I have been so encouraged to see your walk with the Lord grow. I can see in how you look and talk the gentle spirit led heart softening in obedience to God. So encouraging and I love having you on my TV. Your 21 day 8 minute plan is what kick started my fitness journey again after having my baby. I was struggling with consistency and this did it for me. I thought it was a brilliant idea to make it free as it led me to confidently purchase your 10 minute plan followed by firm 30. I really think it being 21 days and 8 minutes is what did it for me. Currently doing your prenatal plan and plan to do postpartum. Thank you for all you do to help others while glorifying Christ.

I'm so excited for this, thank you for the gift to us 💖🙏🏻 I'm in the process of coming up with a triathlon training plan for myself for a fall triathlon using a mixture of firm 30 half marathon plan (which I just finished a month ago) and some other things. I'm sure this will be great to weave in when i want to do some strength but don't have time for a full 30 min some days 😊❤😊

It's such a blessing to see your testimony unfold as the Lord progressively sanctifies you! Love your challenging work out videos. I just turned 41 and I've never been this strong in my life. I struggled so much with upper back pain until I started doing the strength training in your workouts. Now I can enjoy playing kickball and volleyball with my kids without worrying I'll throw out my back or hurt something. Wish I found you sooner, I'm so thankful for you and what you do! 🤍

Saving this for when I need it! Currently doing the 10 minute plan after taking about 5 months on the postpartum plan (I didn't want to move on from it until I was able to really keep up with my trainer! Glad I did because I am progressing really easily through the 10 minute plan and have really leaned out a LOT compared to how I looked before.)

Can I still do this if I haven’t done the 12 week post pregnancy plan? I only got to week 7 of the plan and have not been able to fit the time in to do it with work and my baby isn’t much of a napper. She is 10 months. It’s getting a little easier with her now that she’s older, and I do want to go back to do the 12 week ppp but I’d like to do something in the meantime. I think the 8 minutes could work. I didn’t think you could do anything in that amount of time but I’m here for it!

Laura, congrats on your pregnancy! This challenge is only safe if you are in 1st trimester of your pregnancy. Otherwise, you need to wait until AFTER completing the 12 Week Post Pregnancy Plan because it's not Diastasis Recti and Pelvic Floor safe in it's entirety, they are advanced Diastasis Recti maintenance and athletic women Pelvic Floor maintenance. : )

Oh shoot. I was just looking through the comments to see if I could do them! Since I have some awareness of safe exercises (thanks to you), I may peek through and do parts of them because I’m excited for a new program by you!! I did your postpartum, 10 minute, and Firm30 all before this current pregnancy, and I don’t think I will ever need to look elsewhere for good workouts! Baby #6 due October 31st! Thank you for this “update” from your older workouts to make them more family friendly.

Maybe re-watch so you can hear what I said regarding this. In Jesus's day Saturday was the Sabbath and it's perfectly beautiful if you still practice this on Saturdays! Since Jesus rose again on a Sunday, most churches observe Sunday as the Sabbath. It is less relevent *the day of the week* you observe the sabbath; it is more relevent that we do because our heavenly Father set the example to do so.

This is wonderful! Except, does that mean all the other 8 minute workouts will be gone as of Monday? They are literally my favorite workouts ever. Im sure the new versions are going to be great too… but I can’t imagine the old ones being gone.😕 I’ve done them hundreds of times to the point where I have them almost memorized.

Hi Ashley, You mentioned you re-filmed the 8 minute workouts because your old workout videos were inappropriate, so why do you keep them up? Because you are financially benefiting from them? I feel like if it's a genuine heart issue then you would take them down, as they could cause others to stumble. Just my initial thoughts as I'm listening to this. Because it's hypocritical honestly.

I keep ALL of my old KZbin videos up because that was me then -- not intending for others to stumble, but the heart issue was boasting myself up as a brand new certified personal trainer at the time who thought I had to "show off" my body by showing more skin. What would be deceitful and questionable character is to hide, delete, and eliminate who I was then and act like I've always been who I am now. : ) The old free challenge simply isn't reflective of how I talk and act now, so I wanted to give women a brand new week of FREE workouts that require no equipment, can be done anywhere, that reflect what GlowBodyPT is now, so they know me and what I stand for before they buy a paid program. ---> There also may be some confusion about how LITTLE youtube generates (it's laughable) -- a few cents only if someone clicks on an add. There's ZERO financial gain for creators when you watch a video, unless you click out of the video because an advertisement stole your interest.
