Thanks Brian for the suggestions. Probably need to check out Read Scripture, Blue Letter and Steetlights - I don't do a lot of study on my phone mostly just reading via youversion but would be nice to have some options to go deeper.

Yeah Jon! They are great apps. Having these apps close by and using those time saving features on some of them has really come in handy even as I'm digging in to other resources.

Yes! I love it! Their overview videos of each book of the Bible are phenomenal! Definitely worth checking out.

Nice! I actually don't use my phone much for Bible study though. I have Accordance on my PC and if I need to do any serious preparation, I my main computer.

I definitely use my computer more when I’m really digging in to a study but I do use some of these tools on my phone even then as a quick reference. I’ve not used accordance. What are some features there that you like?

@@PracticallyBiblical Original language support, I can track a given inflection of the whole NT. Can see how many times a specific form of a word appears. Mine has the CNTTS apparatus, easy verb parsings ( cause sometimes I'm lazy). Can do analytics on word counts and such... I've got a video coming out soon that shows the NASB is weird in a certain way... Whole bunch of stuff :)

Thanks for the advice. I remember when I wanted to study 20 years ago it was with a Bible, Strongs Concordance, and a Matthew Henry Commentary...Things are so much better now. Amazing with all of this at our finger tips we still live in such a Biblically illiterate generation.

It is amazing how much more we have at our fingertips these days. But with the addition Biblical resources also comes a lot of everything else that can easily steal our attention. That's also why it's important that we study, create and push out quality content to meet people where they're at, as they browse.
