We love mullet bay in St Maarten! Water is so clear and soft sand. It’s also right next to Maho beach (airplanes) so you can do a 2fer! Can’t wait to see your St John video! We went to trunk bay on our last cruise and loved it there!!!

The large French side beach is magnificent ! White sand, clean and clear water. So safe too. Maybe try it next time. You have to get a ride to it though. Not far.

If you need too much to do our St Thomas video from Icon of the Seas was a lot more action packed than our excursion to St John, but if the weather was better we thought St John was gorgeous

We just stopped there last month 10/24. I feel like none of the videos I saw beforehand prepared me for how many vendors there would be. No joke, between chair rentals, braiding, massages, shirts, hats and other items we were hit up at least 100 times. We found a place more in the middle that was only $10 pp for chair, umbrella, and wifi. The water taxi was fun and a nice view. Any beach day is a great day but this wasn’t our favorite.

We found getting away from the Dutch side & visiting the French beaches was much more appealing & less crowded.

We were hit up as soon as we hit the beach area! We agree, it was pretty constant at first! Once we were in the water and Rachael got her braids, we didn’t have much trouble. But you’re correct, it can definitely be overwhelming!

We took a MSC cruise Seaside stopped in St Maarteen , took a water taxi to a beach near by, had a good time, only bad experience was a big ripoff by a local woman gave my gf a back massage for $50 in less than 10 mins and she hauled ass, the beach right at the runway approach was awesome, Princess Juliana airport i think. have fun
