1. Move SharedStorage folder to C:\SharedStorage or external location as required. (CUT & PASTE not COPY & PASTE).
2. Open the "BMW iLean License Activator.exe" and complete the details. It’s best to leave none of it blank, the phone fax email must be in correct format, please note the important box is your dealer name as this identifies your license. The remaining information can be anything but in the correct format. Save and send us the request bin file it creates.
3. From inside C:\SharedStorage install the ISPI ADMIN CLIENT.
4. Download and extract the license file we send you, copy pate the files to
C:\ProgramData\BMW\ISPI\config\ILEAN\ISPI Admin Client
5. Install ISTA LAUNCHER from inside C:\SharedStorage.
6. Install the ISTA Launcher application and click install. Choose with programming data and install.
Wait for 5-10hours for the full system install until it was full successfully installed.
8. Open ISTA-P 3.71.0.000 and double click BMW_ISPI_ISTA-P_SYS_3.71.0.000.exe
