The console is bind on account. You only get 1 but at least you can pass it around between your characters. And you get 4 plasma weapon boxes.

After i claimed the alienware promotion i got two boxes in my inventory. Both were bound to account, so you could sent them over account bank to another character.

Last time I tried linking my Epic and Cryptic accounts, it created a new STO account instead of linking...So, I don't use the Epic launcer. Is there a video to show how to do it correctly?

Epic account linking is no longer possible. unless I'm confused. I had it linked but it's no longer linked and can't link it together.

So apparently even if there are keys left and you link your steam account you never get the code. It's just a way to get steam users to sign up to alienware and the arc launcher has no way I can see to input codes.

So i click on get key and it says requesting but it doesnt give me the top right window that showed the key for you. It still says more are left. Any ideas?

I had the same problem. For me, it was an issue with Steam. If you linked your Steam account when you registered on Ailenware, click the green gear and go to Account Settings. You should see the Steam icon highlighted under "Connected Accounts". Click the icon to deselect it and save. Now go back and Get Key. That worked for me.

I did not find it very clear in the video, but if you have not previously linked your Epic account to your STO account, then it seems you cannot do that anymore. It will just make you a fresh account which is totally useless to me.

4 Account bound Boxes which can be opened as ground or space beam weapons for the alienware giveaway. Not great but not bad either. The Epic giveaway was great an Epic captain token just what i needed on my FTP Epic account.

I tried for a Romulan Striker, but thanks to 1 A mistake I made being short on my wallet, so I fixed my steam wallet but now it says Waiting for prior purchase, and that I may have over spent, yet I can purchase any game for the wallet. Arc says but I can buy Direct off them. Thats funny, fix your link to steam and maybe I will do so later when I can. 3000zen is what I was trying for.

Not really. If you go through the hassle to link your alienware account to steam it never actually gives you a code.

Nope can not link Epic I just reinstalled, says linked to steam, will not let me play and will not let me link Arc I am sorry but not starting over. Brawl'Wolf is an Anti-Proton Valdor Strikewing so it would have been nice unless someone knows a workaround.

wow plasma weapons and bank slots, also plasma weapons restricted, you cannot get omni beam and vanity shield. I wud be embarrassed to offer those, I knew that offering us some free stuff wud back fire on other things like this, lock boxes openings lowered drop, Dil ex back log, etc...
