Greetings from Tennessee! I have been looking at several troubleshooting videos on the problems that happen to different diesel heaters. Great idea with the heat exchanger! The condensation exiting the muffler is due to the angle of the exhaust pipe attached to the exit of the heat exchanger. Look at the angle of the pipe...it is lower at the exchange end and higher at the wall exit . One KZbinr from Canada stated that condensation is flowing back towards the heater causing the smoke and eventually carbon will build up in the exhaust pipe clogging it and it will give you a E-10 error code shutting the heater off continuously.. Try to have a some what of an angle from heater exhaust to muffler. The muffler should be the lowest point. Good luck my friend... Cheers!

I've been thinking about just blowing the exhaust gas through an old radiator, that or make a copper radiator from 22mm pipe before it's vented. Not got around to it yet but I am a lazy sod

Hi Andy, love your vlogs. How would i safely install the hot exhaust pipe through a plasterboard stud wall? I intend attaching a small radiator in the adjacent room to reclaim the exhaust heat. Thanks.

thanks, if you see how i have done this one, i put a metal pipe encased in a sand and cement mix. it might be clearer on some of my other vids. but yeah that stops the heat from burning the wall. and that wall is wood on the garage. cheers andy
