While changing the air filter on my 2015 Honda CRF110 I noticed something behind the filter. There is a super restrictive screen that accompanies the air filter element, so I decided to remove it and see what happened!

I tried and the bolts were so tight the heads stripped on both can’t get them out

Where did you get a full sized throttle tube for the 2013-2018 crf110 you got ? It’s almost impossible I can’t find it anywhere only for 19s and up please let me know !

None at all! The bike has ran better than ever after cleaning the carb and deleting the screen

What have you done with the suspension to handle your weight/size?

TB parts DNM rear shock and TB parts front forks

That’s could change the air fuel mixture couldn’t make it run leaner or richer.

Yes it could, but being carbureted, you can adjust the air mixture screw to correct it if need be. The spark plug will tell you where it’s at based on the color. It should look like it’s dusted with cocoa
