How do you know where the water is deep enaugh to set up your dive at the depth you want ?

That was a spot organised by the dive school, and the way they found it, I guess, is by driving on a boat with a sonar and checking the depth, then once finding a good spot - setting-up a permanent underwater buoy anchored to the bottom, so from that moment they can swim to that buoy from the shore and attach the on-the-surface freediving buoy to it.

@@Freediver_Sujak let me reply in English, because I don't speak Spanish 😆. Of course you can use mouthfill from any depth, I am using frenzel because I have enough of diaphragm and chest flexibility and can relax well in that depth. As a rule of thumb mouthfill is safer, but there are people who did frenzel with reverse pack even below 70m. I lived in Korea for 5 years, so sad I was not freediving at that time.
