What would you say you spend on average to renovate these homes? How much do you usually spend to transport them and have them reassembled? I typically spend $20-30k for a full renovation. Transport cost is going to vary depending on if the home is single or doublewide. Transport for a singlewide will be around $15,000 after everything - (transport, creating a pad, permits, and block/level). Doublewides will be between $20,000-25,000 for everything. Hope this information helps!
