I took the Three-Day Master Class Program this time last year. It was probably the best way to start the New Year that I ever experienced. During 2017, a little at a time, I gradually began practicing Heartfulness Meditation -- nothing forced, and being as gentle with myself as I could. I pretty much meditate every day now, and I'm doing these three days as a refresher course. I found this system to be highly satisfying. It's simple, yet subtle and profound.

Thank you. I felt the mother earth energy going from toe to top. I'm going to need lots of help and practice. Not that I am selfish but I've been emotionally numb for the most part for a few years. Anyways

Thankyou so much for your effort. when i meditate i always feel a warmth in my palm. on somedays i have severe headach and pain at the top of the head.

Dear Tresa Maria, Please do not worry. Warm comes in meditation as heaviness is removed from the system. If you are having severe headache and pain, there may be something else physical that you need to do, like drinking more water. Meditation on its own does not result in headache, although we do feel the 'charge' at various points in the heart and head sometimes. Thanks and wishing you all the best.

I am feeling relaxed after the meditation, but the problem is I tend to sleep during meditation is it a good thing or a bad thing ?

Suggest get printed lessons from Spiritual Organisations like Yogoda Satsanga Society of India founded by Sri Sri Paramahansa Yogananda in 1917,where in scientific technique of meditation has been elaborated along with other topics - to enable each one of us to become a better personality.
