Once I was fixing a toilet supply line with a shut off valve. I found some parts in my shop and thought I had it fixed and went out back of the house to turn the water main back on. I must of got side tracked and started some other chore. Then I went back inside to heard water running, and raced to the bathroom to see my repair failed and water was shooting like a fountain across the room! Luckily it was going right into the bath tub! I went down shopping for the right parts laughing all the way!

This is a 87316 Renzo? When did it first come out?

I am not sure how old it is and yes it is a 87316 Renzo. I installed it about 12 or 15 years ago. It came from another house that was getting a kitchen renovation, (yes I can be Frugal). Thanks for watching.

I have this one and it started leaking thru middle hole to under sink in less than a year very disappointed

That should be covered under warranty unless the middle hose was rubbing something under the cupboard. Check with Home Depot.

Why buy a faucet you need to fix . Warranty my but when you need to fix it your self . Old taps in houses still work after a hundred years . Moen sucks

Longevity of faucets have a lot to do with water quality, I believe this failed because of too much chlorine in the water. (Toronto Ontario, Canada)(Great Lakes-Lake Ontario is the water source).
