So cute! That button holer for your machine is almost bigger than the sewing machine! Quite a charmer. AMAZING! I have never seen anyone use their buttonholer, nor the ruffler! The engineering is just wonderful and so intricate. These are some of the things that makes all of creation so intriguing.

Aloha from Hawaii!!!🌈🌈 I made hundreds of button holes using that little attachment and also the attachment just like it that does not have templates. The length of the buttonhole was determined by adjusting a screw!! I used to make my father’s aloha shirts which he wore to work for decades!!!! Used to make several a year!!! 😀😀😀😀. Perfect buttonholes every time!!!!

WOW! I haven't used one of those contraptions since the 70'S! I have one tucked away with my featherweights too. Thanks for the memories. I love the Dresden Plate. I've made more quilts using that block than any other.

Nostalgic memories! This looks like button hole attachment my mother had with her Singer Featherweight. It made nearly perfect button holes. 🥰

A buttonhole attachment came with my Featherweight but I’ve never tried it! It looks fairly straight forward and seems to make very nice buttonholes. Looking forward to using that feature! Thanks for the tutorial.

It is fun dressing up our 221 Featherweights. Mine ",wears" a triangle piece of crocheted lace made by my Grandma Lena in the 40's. Your tutes are always enjoyable.

The pattern designer did not add a backing but mentions that. of course, you can add that if you prefer.👍
