The function can be used without going to Amazon, the tool is on your device. It's just showing items on Amazon. If you access it through your smart device settings it will widen your search and show any listing on the world wide web, instead of just limiting you to just Amazon. But yes your right many people are not aware of these feature. Also it can translate foreign languages . I had an item written in Chinese and it translated it to English it was so cool because I was able to write up a better listing knowing what it said.

I usually use this on the eBay app. It has the same thing picture or barcode but the good thing about Amazon is it gives more product detail.

I had no idea this was there. I typically use google lens. I have tried a few items with the Amazon tool and have found it seems more consistent and with greater detail. It’s great having multiple tools in the back pocket! I can see why at first it would seem like common knowledge. I’m surprised I missed it in the app. Oops. Thanks again!

I’ve been in business since 1987 that’s 36 years. I’ve seen MULTIPLE businesses in my contractor field close due to partnership problems. But I still have some horror stories myself! Got one about the leases and rented business stuff myself where the lawyer told me there’s nothing you can get, here’s my bill. If you’re in business long enough you will probably see it all. Lucky I’m a loner. Don’t need the problems.😊
