Hello! I’ve been researching about this field of work and found your video which was super helpful! I have a question though, you said that we delegate ourselves tasks and that we can go up to our client and show some options of vacation for example because we saw their email they’re planning to take o e with their spouses. So my question is: is it okay for us just go and read all their emails specially some very private ones? Or depends of the client we will be cleared to access some and not others… how would it work? I’m sure we have a confidentiality agreement but curious how would it work about clients privacy. Thank you!!
