I had no idea that Abraham was a Chaldean. Now I fully understand why circumcision is so important in the Old Testament. What a wonderful lesson 👏. We just went over Moses being told by God to be circumcised before bring the children of Israel out of captivity. In our Wednesday night Bible study.

The Mosaic Law still had to be obeyed but by faith, which is because we believe in the righteousness of the law. We will not sin because we want to serve God else we fall from grace.

Greetings and thank you for commenting, unfortunately I have to biblically disagree with you. The law according to scripture was temporary. Once Christ died and rose that ended the Mosaic law

@@RodneyJonesTeachings The law of Abraham preceeded the law of Moses and was obeyed by Abraham our father in the religion. Jesus fulfilled the law of Abraham as we must. Thank you for your reply, however, I need to let you know that as it relates to Abraham it was not called a law but a promise, Paul says the law ( Mosaic) came 430 laters and that it was added to reveal sin and that it was added only until the promise deed ( Jesus ) should come. Which makes the law temporary

Abraham proved he believed by keeping God's law of faith and righteousness. Bless you Pastor Jones this is sister Robinson and I am located in Ruston Louisiana I am a member of the 1st Arcadia Church of God in Christ where my pastor is Robert Frazier …I have a question about this chapter vs 19: I participate with my family Prayerline and we’re teaching on the book of Galatians I have been assigned chapter 3 in the book of Galatians starting from 19 through 29 verse 19 has Been very challenging to me I have been seeking all types of other people teachings on the book of Galatians verse 19 where it states it was ordained by angels… I really need your help in giving a great understanding of this part of the scripture when it talks about the angels many people that are teaching this chapter skim over the angels part there’s no depths in teaching to give a good understanding what is the scripture referring to and how by proof - is the revelation of this part of the scripture meaning angels can you help me out God bless you Pastor thank you so much Humbly Sis Robinson

@@RodneyJonesTeachings Thank you pastor I know yr busy and this is my personal time for me to steal away and seek the lord through scriptures and as my father in the gospel always says ‘Learning the Word of God is EXCITING’ but I forgot to stop and ask my pastor.. pls forgive me. He’s not connected to my family prayerline from home in California and my home church is in San Francisco True Hope COGIC but my father in the gospel Dr A Walker and the leaders then are very elderly and we have a new young pastor so the chiefs has changed position’s. So I’m here in Louisiana and the church is different yet truly blessed… I welcome yr feedback but not necessary. I’m going to include my pastor here and collaborate with him… We have a wonderful group of leaders that are astute teachers and we all are teaching a chapter so I didn’t ask them but I believe this will be a great question to share with them all.. So Go forward and please forgive me for asking you stop and take out your time to back up to this lesson… I will get us all to dig and find out this mystery to ME.. I think I have the answer but I’m not to sure… 2 Tim 2:15 I want to make sure I’m giving out info that’s true and rightly divided.. Praise the Lord now it’s prayer time.. @@RodneyJonesTeachings Justification (Judgement when we die as Hebrews 9:27) is only through Christ because he changed the covenant with Moses to allow forgiveness of past sins at baptism. I like the look of you family and guess you all keep to the law of righteousness as Galatians 5:14, but Paul is warning in Galatians that you can fall from grace unless we walk in the Spirit as Galatians 5:22. And our secrets shall be judged by Christ as Romans 2:16 according to Paul's gospel of Romans, and only doers of the law shall be justified. The law of Moses has gone by the letter, and instead should be in our hearts, but kept by a moral understanding of love / judgement of brethren / neighbour. But now as Galatians 5:13 liberty is not to sin, else you go back into the bondage of death, unless we repent as Galatians 6:1-8.
