Yes, when I was on oasis before only a single horn was being used and not the dual horns (which I have a video posted) but now both the horns are working it seems!

I don’t think just because it’s older, that would be the case. Disney magic is 25 years old and the Disney Dream which is 13, had a much lower pitch to it. It depends on the horn. Not the age.
