Just found your channel. I like how you explain what and why you are buying each product. You don't talk fast and I can understand you perfectly. I do have one question. I am trying to learn how to shop at Walgreens and get the deals. If I have a small amount of Walgreens cash that will expire on July first and an even larger amount expiring on August first. If I use the amount expiring on July and then use more Walgreens cash in June , will that lower my Walgreens cash amount expiring in August. Sorry for writing a book

You absolutely can! As long as it’s a manufacturer RR and not a store RR. (Just check to see if it says manufacturer coupon at the top)

Love your videos - thank you! I bought the Dove body wash in two separate transactions intending to submit both receipts to Ibotta. However, after I submitted the first receipt it never reset or allowed me to submit the second receipt. Plus, I didn't get the bonus. Did this happen to anyone else?

Oh no 😫 unfortunately with Ibotta you can only scan one receipt for the offer. So even though it says you can do it up to 5x, that has to all be on one receipt. After you scan one receipt, the offer disappears but sometimes resets after 24 hours. So check again once 24 hours rolls around!

How were you able to use the digitals and the RR to pay? I thought you could only use 1 per item. Either RR or coupon.

Walgreens did a big update a year or 2 ago that made it to where register rewards no longer attach to individual items in the system. Instead they just come off your transaction total so you don’t need an item for each coupon anymore. The register rewards scan fine even when you already have a coupon for each item

How do you do multiple transactions?

Depends on what you’re comfortable with. The first 2 transactions I did all at once. I just took everything up to the register and let the cashier know I had 2 transactions. And I already had both transactions planned out in my head as far as what RRs i was using for each and how much Walgreens cash I could redeem so that way I wouldn’t mess up. But sometimes I’ll just do one transaction, then leave the line and go back for more stuff. Or take the stuff to my car and go back in 🤪 you could even go to different stores if you have several close to you. But I never have issues personally at the ones I go to

I think the paper boosters can sometimes still scan and work the day after expiration but I haven’t tried it in a while
