I think she will, in the other dimension they were together, and that says a lot. Jace and clary were together too, wich makes me think that maybe they are supposed to end up together. It was as he said "other dimensions are like this one, but still not quite". And? Many people do or even just don't admit to it until they're well into adulthood. Hell, there's always stories about how even older men and women sometimes divorce because they realize they are not actually straight. In Alec's case he has realized his sexuality a long time ago already, long before he even became parabatai with Jace. But he supressed it and never admitted to it until he met with Magnus in his 20s. And regardless of sexuality there's plenty of people who don't lose it in their teens. Nothing wrong with that either.
