That's a rather vague statement. People have their own stuff to work on so when asking for help try to be specific so that you do not waste anyone's time. If someone is willing to help depending on their understanding of the scope of your problem and how much time they are willing to give, they are much more likely to provide you with solutions if your request is specific.
