It isn’t actually Silver’s official VA. It’s just someone who sounds a lot like him.

@Randomixx8991 No it isn't, it is Bryce Papenbrook, he just went under the name "Esu Onsti" ("It's No Use backwards) for legal reasons. Whenever Death Battle gets official voice actors to reprise their role, the actors go by fake names/aliases that reference one/some of the roles they've done. That's how folks can tell it's them while the actors themselves don't get in trouble. The only two that have done this along with Papenbrook are Sigma's (Marvel vs. Capcom: Infinite) VA going by "SupremeOverloadofIce", referencing his Daganropa role, and Ichigo's VA being credited as "Adam Park", and we all should know exactly where that name is from. Kara Eberle (Weiss) and Barbara Dunkelman (Yang) are official voice actors but RWBY is owned by Rooster Teeth, so they half-count. The only person whose contracts gave them some leniency to be credited officially is Dante Brisco (Jake/Zuko).

A few things: The VA for Trunks was his VA in DBZA much like most other Dragon Ball characters in Death Battle, The VA for Silver is likely his original VA from Sonic ‘06 because Silver’s VA is labeled as “It’s No Use” but it’s spelled backwards, and I’m torn on the next fight because SpongeBob is fucking insane with his feats but Aquaman can control sea life, so it could go either way. Love your content BTW.

Don't worry about it. If it was the official versions, Trunks would have won predictably. I legit thought the same thing, too, but I was so glad to have been wrong in this instance. Silver is an awesome character who deserves a lot more respect. Plus, your correct percentage for this season has been impressive. I'd say, roughly, 80% so far. Try not to take guessing wrong too harshly. The next one... Yeah, this is gonna be silly.

As usual, good fight but awful research. God Trunks is so much stronger then Silver that its not even funny, speed is linked to power in dragonball and as stated a multitude of times...saiyans in fact don't have limits and they made the ONLY DBZ character that loves to use a NORMAL sword, fight with ki blasts and a tech blade that Silver can allegedly counter.
