By far the best videos explaining airspace. The fact you use the sectional chart to identify what each airspace actually looks like is very helpful. Thank you!

There are a bunch of reasons to like these videos, but at the top of the list is the location of the charts you're using. I'm north of KC, but grew up in SE Kansas and actually attended NEO back in the early 80s. My goal is to get my certificate so we can fly the 200 mile trip down there to visit family who still live in Baxter rather than drive. Love these videos! Keep them coming!

Hi! Just found today that to fly above 1,200ft AGL but below 10,000ft MSL at night you must have 3SM visibility. I guess you haven't mentioned that in your video.

I believe you meant to say in Class G airspace 1199 ft or less you need 1 mile visibility. You stated 1200 or less. At 1200 AGL, which is the start of Class E airspace, you meed 3 miles of visibility.

More understanding is needed by the public about drones in the sky. Most people have no clue about where or when drones are allowed to fly. All drone pilots MUST know the rules and pass at minimum the TRUST test (The Recreational UAS Safety Test) to be allowed to fly a drone period! Folks, you should take a look at the rules so that you understand a little more. I am beginning to think that this whole thing is a ploy to take away our drone rights! There are just too many people in positions of power that do not know or even care about drones! So sad. Why would a drone have bad intensions be in the air at night with lights ON? Makes no sense! Drones are REQUIRED to have lights ON at night that can be seen at least THREE statute miles.
