Sure thing, it looks good in the normal quality too xx Also, I totally get the whole not being able to focus on one task thing.. I'm normally a very focused person whose known for being organised, I've had the past 6 months off till uni starts and I've been trying to do all my tasks but for some reason even tho I've written them down, I can't bring myself to do any of them, or when I try to start one task, I get overwhelmed by thinking of everything else I need to do.. I yep, haven't been at all productive these past few weeks 😔 maybe for u, it's a burnout? But for me I think I've been stuck in a rut and overwhelmed by the thought of the future, which normally excites me, but now it's making be ignore what I need to do to level up 🤷 Happy 2 year anniversary 🎉🎉

The way I feel this way right noooowwwww. I’ve done so many jobs, and recently I just resigned from my last one because the job was not for me lol. But now I’m lost in the transition period. I don’t want to apply to anything else bc I feel like I won’t be there for long, but I also would love to get the experience. I’m so confused with what my purpose in life is, and sometimes I feel like it’s just being there sometimes. Hopefully God shows me the way. Good to hear you say that you are happy. I am 66 and also love to create in many different avenues. I do all kinds of needlework i.e. knitting, sewing, crochet, embroidery etc. But I enjoy the sewing machine more. I also love fabric painting. I have also tried pottery but it's not my thing.I think as long as you enjoy your hobbies, why can't they be varied? It's better than doing nothing at all. Who knows? Maybe one day you will teach ceramics. Keep going Freesia, you're doing good. I love the music in your videos. I watch every one of them.

hii! i have adhd and i know a lot about it, its not something you develop as an adult. you either have it or you don’t. there are many many other symptoms and struggles and traits that come with adhd, not just not being able to focus. it can be quite frustrating when people claim to have adhd when theyre having trouble focusing, because this is a misconception about adhd (we can pay attention its just about where our attention is being put) and kind of trivialises the experience of having it. i think lots of people have problems with concentration these days because of excess social media use/screen time, the increased need for productivity and more life admin. hope this has been useful! have a nice day :)

Hey Freesia! Your ceramics reels are so peaceful that I’ve rewatched them multiple times because it seems like a really interesting process. Wishing you all the luck for your new chapter ❤. For the ADHD bit, I’ve been feeling that too for a while and I definitely wasn’t born with it. It’s a lot of our social media exposure to reels, shorts on YT that has our attention span reduced to a really short time. I realised this when I couldn’t sit through a movie because I couldn’t concentrate. I have taken a social media break now to work on it because it started affecting me at work and general activities too. Hope this helps! It’s just a personal observation of what I felt and I’m not a psychologist 🙈 PS- can’t wait to see your ceramics hit the market 🥳

Sad to say but I am also in the same boat as far as "what I would like to do in life". Almost quit my job but now I'm PRN (as needed - i can make my own schedule-put in my availability). I haven't found what I'm looking for just yet but my husband did bring up being a content creator but i'm not sure if i'm ready for that just yet. i just recently got diagnosed with ADHD as a 26 year old and it has been incredibly eye opening for me! im no expert but i have been researching its very common for women to go undiagnosed their whole life because they learn how to mask it/manage it a bit better. there is a huge community of ADHDers everywhere on social media to make you feel like you arent alone! in case you decide to look more into it :)

This resonated too hard for me, had to come comment 👀 I feel a lot of it is our old programming, to “go to college, find a career”… there are so many more pathways now, that breaking free from that limited mentality feels awkward but, it’s like you can’t have it any other way! I SEE YOU girl! Breaking those molds! (No pun intended lol) Also, just learned ADHD can be hormone-related! I’m sure screen time affects this, but didn’t think hormonal. Our attention is a key commodity these days, gotta protect it!!

I think you mean "ADD" rather than "ADHD" . ADHD is when you're so over hyperactive that you can't concentrate. "ADD" is more what you're thinking of...unfortunately, you can just develop that but, I highly doubt you . You can take some tests to confirm. Anyways, I am not a psychologist but I did feel like I had it at one point after I had my kids LOL! Good Luck. Stay positive and keep working away. You'll find your success. :)
