Days 3 and 4 of racing (not Day 15) at the first ever USA Triathlon Multisport National Championships Festival consisted of the Standard Duathlon (10k run-40k bike-5k run), the inaugural Age-Group Mixed Relay (4x 250m swim-5k bike-1.2k run), and the Standard Aquabike (1500m swim-40k bike). On Saturday, Working Triathlete coach Conrad took home silver in the Duathlon, and Team Working Triathlete (Jenna, Miguel, Alex Leandri, and Anthony Didion) nabbed the Mixed Relay National Champions title and the course record. And on the final day, both Jenna and Miguel won their races and came away with the Aquabike National Champion title. Watch for a Good Time.

Totally feel you Miguel on the putting on Alphafly fast front... raced in them last year and my first race I'm watching athletes pass me in transition trying to stay calm. I've got wide'sh feet... anyway body gliding the entry area a TON and putting softballs in the mouth of the shoes helped my T2 a lot. I thought off and on about putting a bigger loop on heel and tongue (giving me something to better grab and pull) that might flop around on the run but I've moved on and they're my long road run shoes. Just started watching your vids and enjoying them.
