Definitely worth being near the top. At the end of the series I'll do a video on what it was like as a first timer riding solo, things I learnt, things to know etc... which might help and there are a lot of bike tour companies here if you want to do it that way.

I think the company is part of the Indian government and from what I have experienced Indian are very proud of what they do and to be Indian. It does make sense in a way as with out them there are so many landslide happening all the time that if you had family in the next village you'd be cut off a lot.
