We do not have ducks currently , but had them when living on the farm- I love to watch ducks! They are messy , but so much fun!

Hey friend! Aren’t freeze dried eggs the best? I must say that I have only done raw scrambled eggs… need to try and do just the whites sometime! I have thought about salting the yolks, now I would be able to try that and have something to do with the whites! What a savings for you on your diet!

Does it work as well as commercial dried egg white powder in recipes? Commercial Dried eggy white powder appears much more dense and cakey than freeze dried egg white powder. So, is there a difference in the final outcome of the recipe they were used in, freeze dried vs commercially dried?
